1. Crispy Potato Snacks (5-minute Crunchy Bites)
Ingredients:

2 medium potatoes

Salt, pepper

1 tbsp. oil
Instructions:

Grate potatoes and squeeze out extra water.

Mix with salt, pepper.

Heat a pan, add little oil, drop spoonful's and flatten.

Fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
Perfect with: ketchup or green chutney.

½ cup peanut butter

2 tbsp. honey

¼ cup oats
Instructions:

Mix everything until thick.

Roll into small balls.

Refrigerate 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

15–20 tea biscuits

½ cup melted chocolate

2 tbsp. milk
Instructions:

Crush biscuits roughly.

Mix with chocolate and milk.

Press into a container and freeze for 25 minutes.

Cut into bars and enjoy.
